    Typical session length is 50 minutes. But each workout can be adjusted to 30 or 70 minutes.

  • When am I billed?

    After 14 days, you have the option to purchase one of our BASIC or PRO plan. You're not automatically billed.

  • What happens after 14 days?

    You have the choice to continue with a plan on BASIC (€13.99) or upgrade to PRO (€19.99).

  • Can I customize my workouts?

    Yes, the app allows you to change the order of your workouts within a week, reorder exercises within a workout, add extra sets, or delete sets as needed. This flexibility helps you tailor your training to your needs.
