You as the gym owner control everything: assign trainers, approve or remove members, and set access levels — all from your gym dashboard.
Their clients remain tied to your gym and retain PRO access. You reassign them or let them continue independently — no disruption to members.
A 7-day grace period applies. Existing members stay active; new additions pause until payment is resolved.
Members can revoke their gym association at any time, but doing so ends their gym-provided PRO access. Their training history is always theirs.
