Hi, I'm Gabriel 👋🏼
From hospital bed to Men’s Physique — I built Just Overload so lifters stop guessing and start growing.
At 15, I was 100kg.
At 19, Crohn’s disease put me in a hospital bed at 59kg.
I’ve lived both extremes of “not in control”.
In 2021, after 12 years of trial and error, I made a decision: master fitness clean, fast, and sustainable — or die trying.
I got certified, coached for 4 years, and almost stepped on a Men’s Physique stage. Then I won a 6‑week body recomp challenge out of 42 competitors.
