My Fitness Journey started in 2009, weighing 100kg at the age of 15. In 2013 I was hospitalized at 59kg and diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Understanding both obese and skinny, in early 2021, I decided to master this fitness and nutrition road.

The reason? Growing an aesthetic physique seemed impossible without steroids. I wanted to prove the contrary.

I became a certified Personal Trainer with experience in Men's Physique training and preparation.

Something was missing along the way... The ability to push through the weights and correctly track my hypertrophy progress.
